We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not in its original condition.Once returned, a refund will be processed to your original payment method - this may take up to 5 working days.

Quality Of Life cannot be responsible for packages once they have shipped and in the rare case that a package goes missing or is lost once shipped we cannot cover costs or refund for lost parcels.
Once we’ve relinquished packages to Royal Mail, and have provided you with a tracking number, it becomes your responsibility to trace the package, should you not be at home to receive it and consequently miss your delivery time.

If a package is returned to us due to customs issues when shipped internationally it must be re-sent with postage paid by customer and will not be refunded or cancelled.
If a package is marked ‘delivered’ but not found, there is a chance it may have been taken by mistake or stolen from the residence after delivery and is then the responsibility of the owner/ renter.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we would never want to leave anyone empty handed or disappointed. With that said, our small business is unable to support itself if we are responsible for refunding errors outside of our operations.
